It is pitty that although there is an easy way to set the caption to work on HBO programs. No one is accountable for that.

You can see that in good Series like In Treatment sometime they turn the caption on and sometime they set it off. When calling customer service you can just live a message - sometime they change the setting to captioned sometime not.

There is a need to more public pressure to allow all of us enjoy the caption.
